I always enjoy their bbq !! For the pricing it's a lot better compared to other establishments with the same type of service. My Togo order was fast considering she was the only person working at the time, very appreciative of that. Prior to the pandemic they had a full scale bakery inside and I'm disappointed it hasn't been brought back, they do however keep a few treats in the cooler towards the front. They also offer custom cakes and do catering if needed. They have plenty of seating inside and offer outside seating as well. They also have restrooms available for their customers if needed and plenty of parking.
Loved the ribs! Very tender without much fat/grizzle. The baked beans (not pictured) were very yummy. My pulled chicken sandwich was bomb- I could only eat half. Brisket was great- they give you half lean and half the full flavor. We'll be back
Always great BBQ and food. You can never go wrong with having 4-Rivers BBQ. Thank you Brad for treating us to lunch today. The baked beans were my favorite. The cornbread was a real treat. I look forward to having this BBQ AGAIN real soon. Kudos!
This particular 4 Rivers Smokehouse is located on Baymeadows Roaf on the southside of Jacksonville, Florida. 4 Rivers Smokehouse has become a pretty recognizable name for barbecue in the Florida and I see that they expended up here to Jacksonville, Florida 4 Rivers Smokehouse started in Orlando in a tiny location and have since grown into a regional chain. That in itself is quite a success story. This particular location of 4 Rivers Smokehouse is a comfortable enough place to grab some barbecue and enjoy that particular meal. The staff is friendly and also helped make my dining experience a pleasant visit. The food here is okay, but not great. Decent overall.
Amazing BBQ, clean restaurant, and awesome desserts. What more could you want. Love it!
